IAAF Foundation Inc. LGBT … Connecting the Dots
It is the goal of every parent to raise happy, healthy, well-adjusted children, and gay parenting is no different. Even though our society is becoming more accepting of unconventional families, it’s likely that gay parents will continue to face adversity before being "normal" parents in the eyes of those unfamiliar with the lifestyle. Parenting will always be difficult no matter your sexual orientation, but the best way to be prepared is to have a clear understanding of the distinct challenges you may face as same-sex parents.
LGBT Connecting the Dots is sister program under IAAF Foundation Inc. We are dedicated to providing social services, education, and support to single Parents in the LGBT Community. Our mission is to provide needs to where LGBT parents feel supported because we are here to be your extended family. We want to develop our children to be great leaders even with today's challenges.
Our purpose is to provide empowerment, understanding and guidance to our children and the parents we serve in the LGBT Community. We want to create an extended family environment and a safe haven for all LGBT families.
Empowering our youth’s success to make them the best leaders today so they can share their journey for the leaders of tomorrow. Great leaders take people to where they want to go, "That’s a Great Leader!"
