The mission of IAAF is to provide outreach and support to disenfranchised youths as young adults ,primarily by promoting, uplift, and reintegration through advocacy in the areas of Leadership mentorship, education, social and community programs and emotional intelligent skills training. The IAAF promotes the profoundly important role of creating great leaders which can lend to the stability and success of highly achieve youths and young adults.

IAAF mission is to provide services that enable youths to become self-sufficient, productive, and proactive within their communities and in their day to day lives.

Purpose

Our purpose is to reach a diverse demographic of youths and young adults to provide necessary tools to live a successful life in today's society.
